Business is as usual.

Narendra Modi lost his freedom.
Narendra Modi cannot function as good as he did in Gujarat.

Narendra Modi just get into the shoes of Manmohan Singh.

Narendra Modi just satisfied the expectations of his BJP friends.
The dissatisfaction of Rajasthan is now obvious.

Soon, Narendra Modi has to satisfy Sena, TDP, Vijaykant, Ramadas and so on.

People of India have already lost their hope on Narendra Modi.

The swearing-in ceremony is such a boring event.
Almost all people in the audience are sweating and there is no speech.
It is just boring.

Why then they had to make such a big arrangement.
Anyway, this is the end of the freedom of Narendra Modi.

How could one function freely, when he has already lost his freedom.

As many won the election; but failed in governance.

So, here starts the journey of Narendra Modi in the downward direction.

Modi Cabinet

A simple device; that shall be placed on these public transportation; especially on those trains.

These devices shall continuously send their GPS location to a server in the cloud. That information shall be available at the central control system; as well as to those train drivers.

From the control station; when these GPS information are available; then they could predict the accidents almost on real time; and could have been avoided.

Right now, the whole nation is not looking at the real issues.

They spend their energy on speculations.

Why don't the media just say; we have not yet received the list of ministers; why do they need to feed people with speculation.

If they don't have any news, why don't they just play some old Raj Kapoor movies.

With so much noise, it is getting more and more difficult to see the truth.

We need to realize the fact that the noise takes away all energy.

Let us take some corrective action and avoid next train accident.

Zero Ministers

Sardar Vallabhai Patel: The IAS, Indian Administrative Service receives a constitutional guarantee and is capable of exercising its executive power without fear of persecution. 

Sardar Vallabhai Patel, a strong proponent of this steel frame, considered this an essential element in unifying the nation.

Before independence, the British sent their civil service officers to India to run the country. The British Civil Service officers had been well trained in running a nation like India. They occupy the positions from Governor General to the District Collector.

One of the challenges they had; learning multiple Indian languages; hindi, bengali, tamil and so on.

One British Parliamentarian made this suggestion; it is very difficult to learn so many different langauages; so, instead of we learning, let them learn our English.

So, the British Parliament pass the bill; Indian Education Act. The British encouraged the christian missionary to start education institutions from elementary school to colleges. 

With the basic english language skill, our fathers got government jobs; even peon spoke fairly good english.

The point is; it is nothing new. This nation used to be run with the help of Civil Services Officers.

In fact, Peter Drucker captured many best practices of the British Indian Civil Services in his management book.

Now, we have our citizens in Indian Civil Services.

Those young generations have studied hard and have to undergo extensive training to serve the nation.

Our Civil Services Officers get a job in the government; they understand their responsibility; also they do have authority to do their job.

But still they couldn't perform good. Because, they have to report to our Ministers.

Our politicians are our ministers. 

How could a well educated; well trained; civil services officers could work under or work with these politicians.

So, let us have no ministers.

Zero Ministers. Govern by Civil Service Officers.

Let our politicians serve in the parliament.

They are good parliamentarians. Let them do that job well.

Zero Ministers means huge savings in tax money.

The good thing will be, all states would follow this immediately. 

For instance, Jayalalitha would get rid of all the ministers.

Jayalalitha would move into Raj Bhavan as the Governor of Tamilnadu.

We don't need to build them from the scratch.

The executive branch is full of capable civil services officers.

You ask any state ministers; recently what did you achieve?

They may say, my achievement is 37 out of 39.

So, ministers are not working for the people.

They are working for the party.

So, zero ministers means, leaders would connect directly with the people.

Also good character citizens would enter into the State Assembly and Parliament.

Right now, V.K. Singh got the MP to become the defense minister.

When you say, zero minister, then V.K. Singh would stay away from MP election.

It is a good transformation for India.

Mahinda Rajapaksa is in Deep Trouble

There will be a one-on-one meeting between Mahinda Rajapaksa and Narendra Modi.

Media should capture the face of Mahinda Rajapaksa, when he walks into the room.
Then, media should capture the face of Mahinda Rajapaksa, when he walks out of the room.

One-on-one means, it will be strictly one-on-one.
Nobody else will be there.
Subramaniam Swamy; no way.
Mahinda Rajapaksa has to walk alone into that room and may spend a quite good amount of time with Narendra Modi.

ராஜபக்ஷே வுக்கு, ஒரு மாபெரும் 'ஆப்பு' இருக்கு.

Rajapaksa may not realize, how deep trouble, he is in.

Narendra Modi is not United Nations Ban Ki-moon.
Narendra Modi is not Navenethem Pillay.
Narendra Modi is not Barack Obama.
Narendra Modi is not David Cameroon.

Obviously, Narendra Modi is not Sonia or Manmohan Singh.
Certainly, Subramaniam Swamy cannot save Mahinda Rajapaksa.

In one-on-one meeting, Narendra Modi is going to ask two simple questions to Mahinda Rajapaksa.

First question is: Mahinda, as the leader of Sri Lanka, what have you done to the people of Sri Lanka?

Second question is: Mahinda, as the leader of Sri Lanka, what do you plan to do to the people of Sri Lanka, in the next six months?

Mahinda may say; you know, we had 30 years of terrorism; prabhakaran; and so many problems; human rights; untied nations.

Narendra Modi: I know. I didn't born yesterday. I know how do you fool around UN and other world organizations. Other leaders may listen to your story; but I know the fact. So, you just give me an answer to my questions.

Mahinda: Mr. Modi. You please visit Colombo. We will take good care of you. We shall discuss things over there. Now, you continue with your celebration.

Narendra Modi: I invited you for not the celebration. I need your commitment.

Mahinda: Look, I am the President of Sri Lanka. I have to answer only to the people of Sri Lanka.

Narendra Modi: I respect Sri Lanka's democracy. But I want a commitment from you to serve the people of Sri Lanka.

Mahinda: for a second thinks; we have made commitment to Sonia, Manmohan Singh, UN, Human Rights, even to Pope. So, just like that; okay, Sri Lanka will work closely with India and work for the welfare of the people of our country.

Narendra Modi: I didn't ask you for political speech. I want a serious, sincere commitment from you.

Mahinda: You know; I have lot of friends in China.

Narendra Modi: I have opened up a live communication channel with China. So, we have been in constant touch. So, don't show me your China card.

Mahinda: Give me some time. Let me think over. I have to consult in Sri Lanka Parliament and will make commitment.

So, one-on-one with Narendra Modi will not be a usual one for Mahinda Rajapaksa.

It is going to be a tough one for Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Mahinda Rajapaksa call Subramaniam Swamy for help.
Subramaniam Swamy was rushing to the meeting room.
Amit Shah stopped Subramaniam Swamy.
Looking at the physical structure of Amit Shah, Subramaniam Swamy has to leave Delhi and go back to Sholovandan.

Subramaniam Swamy told the media; I asked for Bombay seat; Amit Shah said, we will give you UP seat. Finally, Amit Shah asked me to contest against Sonia. How could I do it; had it been in January, I would have taken it up; not now.

Mahinda Rajapaksa thinks that he has many friends in BJP. Ravishankar Prasad visited Sri Lanka. Madya Pradesh CM had a function for Mahinda Rajapaksa. So, Mahinda is so confident.

The truth is; Mahinda Rajapaksa is in deep trouble now.
What United Nations couldn't achieve; what UNHRC couldn't achieve; what America couldn't achieve; what the British couldn't achieve...

Narendra Modi would achieve.

For Mahinda Rajapaksa, it is not going to be a business as usual.
For now, Mahinda Rajapaksa is in deep trouble.

49 Days Government

It is so quite now.

No fresh Tweets from any leaders.

No fresh posts on Facebook.

Everybody is keeping their cards, close to their chest.

Everybody still have their hope and confidence in Constitution of India.

They have seen many no-confidence motion on the floor of parliament.

Jayalalitha challenged Narendra Modi during campaign; but not any more.

Mamata challenged Narendra Modi during campaign; but not any more.

BJP leaders had never challenged till now; but now they do challenge Narendra Modi.

Goa. Facebook. Freedom of expression. Goa Chief Minister is close associate of Rajnath Singh. So, it is an initiative from Rajnath Singh to destroy the growing reputation of Narendra Modi.

Raman Singh, not sure, whose group he belongs to in BJP. But, now the Chief Minister of Chattisgarh is now challenging Narendra Modi. As the Chief Minister, Raman Singh invests heavily on commercial advertisements  promoting his image on the national television.

If you distribute the parliament seats for each leaders, Amit Shah's 73 is in the top list. Because of Amit Shah's performance, all these BJP Chief Ministers have to go background; and now underground.

Look at the state of these BJP leaders. All of them, keep their fingers crossed and continue to pray; not for cabinet positions; but for receiving an invitation for the swearing-in ceremony.

Lal Kishan Advani, a man of wisdom. But nobody listens to Lal Kishan Advani. But, everybody suffers without any ministerial portfolio.

Nitesh Kumar is a man of wisdom. Nitesh Kumar didn't lose. BJP leaders lost. Nitesh Kumar did warn BJP leaders: Vinaash Kale Viprit Buddhi

As per the current Constitution of India, still Narendra Modi is in a weak position. Narendra Modi has to do something so dramatic with a big surprise in the swearing-in ceremony and make his position stronger.

As usual, these BJP leaders may not be prepared for any challenges.

Right now, Narendra Modi does not have enough number of MPs with unconditional support to carry on with his business of nation building.

Right now, Narendra Modi does not have constitutional authority and stability.

Narendra Modi has already given up his Chief Minister post. So, he is no longer a CM or MLA.

The only constitutional position, right now, Narendra Modi has; an MP seat.
Nothing more and nothing less.

The only thing he has, plenty of confidence in himself.
And, 813 million people of India do support Narendra Modi.
That is an unconstitutional and unconditional; but divine support from the people.

In one old Hindi movie; it came in Tamil with Sivaji Ganesan.

A truck driver; completely drunken killed a man on the road.
The truck driver was on the court of justice.
The victim's family was also there.
That dead man was the only bread-winner for the family.
The judge looked at the family and also the truck driver.
The judge thought that; what is the use of sending this truck driver to jail.
So, the judge gave his verdict; the truck driver had to live with the victim's family.
It was the truck driver's responsibility to earn the money for the family and so on.

Service to the nation; that was the punishment for Narendra Modi.
Obviously, after that Gujarat riot, Narendra Modi had undergone radical transformation.
That was Narendra Modi's incarnation.

Now, in 2014, Narendra Modi again undergo incarnation.
During campaign, Narendra Modi had travelled across this country; met a lot of people; seen their love and affection.

Not the love of BJP leaders; love of those innocent people.
That love has the power to transform anyone.

BJP leaders had their hope on all the issues surrounding Narendra Modi.
They thought that, let Narendra Modi maximize the seat count.
Political leaders and allies may not accept Narendra Modi as the PM.
So, we would take advantage of the situation.

But things didn't go that way.

Narendra Modi is now prepared to transform the constitution; from instability to stable democracy.

With that change, almost half of the problems would be solved immediately.

BJP leaders are not prepared at all; once again, they will be a witness for this historical event.

Even at the parliament hall, when Narendra Modi said; let us meet in 2019; nobody asked.

Nobody said, no; we will meet almost everyday to discuss about internal security.

All of them know the Gujarat model; but still, nobody prepared for it.

Don't blame them. Blame our educational system.
This is the way we develop our human-resources.

If you observe the history of India, our human resources were being developed naturally.
Once these kind of management words being introduced, our human resources are frozen.

In the whole on BJP, only one Lal Kishan Advani had the sense of danger.
But nobody was prepared to listen to his words of wisdom.

At the end, Lal Kishan Advani gets the credit for mentoring such a great leader Narendra Modi for the nation.

BJP launched the rocket

Abdul Kalam did it, several times.

In Shriharikota, scientists launch rockets; those rockets carry geo-stationery satellite up into the sky and beyond, then place it in geo-stationery orbit. The satellite may stay there and serve India for the next 15 years to 20 years.

Scientists celebrates the launching and be happy with their achievements. Scientists stay back on the ground and continue to work on their next project. Scientists don't go along with the rocket.

So, BJP successfully launched the Narendra Modi satellite onto the geo-stationery orbit. BJP should be happy about their achievements. All BJP leaders should celebrate the success.

Manmohan Singh was just a kite. Sonia was holding the string. Not only Sonia, but also all other coalition parties also holding a string and keep pulling Manmohan Singh.

Narendra Modi is not a kite. Narendra Modi is a rocket. You cannot hold a rocket with a string. Narendra Modi has gone out of BJP gravitational force.

It is now quite obvious. None of the BJP leaders deserve any responsible positions. They couldn't sense this challenge and couldn't take any action. How could they sense the challenges of the nation.

Life is full of challenges, as well as opportunities.  Both challenges and opportunities are always new and fresh. They don't come back again and again. That is the reason, people find it very hard to sense the challenges.

Narendra Modi is way ahead of all BJP leaders. In fact, Narendra Modi is way ahead of all world leaders. Narendra Modi is well prepared to face the challenges; as well as the opportunities.

Most of the leaders do well in election campaign; then they miserably fail in delivering the results.

Obama was prepared for election campaign; that too at the first time. But not very well in the second election campaign.

Everyone knows about Obama's performance as the President.

But, Narendra Modi is prepared for the next five years. Not just for this election campaign; but also for leading the nation. How could, none of the BJP leaders sense this. No way, they could travel with Narendra Modi in vision; and in execution.

That young boy of Facebook said; it is okay to make a few enemies to win millions of friends from all over the world.

So, for Narendra Modi, it is okay to upset a few BJP leaders to become a world leader.

The Constitutional changes, the Narendra Modi is currently working on; if it goes very well; that's it.

Japan would follow Narendra Modi and will adopt the new version of Constitution.

Australia would follow the same.

South Africa, Canada and all Commonwealth countries would adopt these changes.

Finally, the Queen of United Kingdom would resign and liberate the British.

Sure. Americans would take afresh look at their Constitution.

You're the world; and the world is you.
When you change, the whole world transforms.

At last, we could see a human of action; not just talking and talking.

Now, Nawas Sharif confirmed his visit.

There also, Narendra Modi has his priority right.

Usually, people rush to invite the President of United States.

Right now, that is not of high priority.
Neighbors and relationship with them is important.
So, Pakistan is more important than United States.

Look at his effective communication skill. Narendra Modi doesn't need to issue statements like; muslims don't need to worry; and so on.

An invitation to Nawas Sharif solved all problems.

People of India would now thank BJP leaders for dedicating their beloved leader for the service of the nation.


Manmohan Singh murdered the Indian National Congress party.

Bharatiya Janata Party committed suicide.

Ceremonial President to Executive President

Scene One: The Ceremonial President sits at the center. Rajnath Singh and others have done their historical duty to Mother India.

 Scene Two: The letter of appointment has been given to Narendra Modi.

Scene Three: The Ceremonial President is now replaced by the Executive President.

People of India would celebrate this historical event.

In 1940, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and his team had lost their hope of getting freedom for India. Winston Churchill was in power. Hitler lost. Churchill was the war hero. No way; Churchill would never give up India.

For Gandhi, India is Mother India.
For Churchill, India is his lady love.
Both love India.

Churchill spent his early life in India. Only, Churchill know the value of India.
Churchill argued with FDR and Stalin; and said, never, never.

But in 1945, Winston Churchill lost the election.
India got freedom.

So, many has been wanting to fix the defects in the Constitution.
But no leader is willing to take a look at it.

Now, Narendra Modi is making it happen.
This is a giant leap in the history of mankind.

Wow! unbelievable.
There is so much energy in a single human being.

I think, it is time;
All BJP leaders start co-operating with Narendra Bhai.
This is a historical event.
Just be happy that you are part of it.

The Presidential Secretariat has already started functioning in full speed.


All chief ministers and governors are likely to be invited for the swearing-in ceremony. Senior journalists and distinguished people from different walks of lives will also be among the invitees, BJP sources said.

Heads of SAARC countries, including Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, have already been invited and the family members of Modi, including his mother and brothers, are also likely to attend it.

Hectic preparations for the swearing-in ceremony are underway at Rashtrapati Bhavan. 

Amita Paul - the secretary to President Pranab Mukherjee - has held a series of meetings with officials from various ministries, Delhi Police and security agencies to firm up arrangements for the gala event.

Following in the footsteps of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Modi has expressed his desire to be sworn in at the forecourt so that a large number of visitors can be accommodated.

Dissolve BJP

Maa is Maa.
Maa and Beta lives in Mother India.
So, Mother India is Great Maa.
Mother India is part of Planet Earth.
Planet Earth is part of Solar System.
So, that is a relationship from Sun to Earth to Nations to Leaders to Human Beings.

Leaders are born.
You cannot make anyone as a leader.
You can make manager; but not leader.

Leaders walk alone.
The only person they can trust is; spouse and mother.
They cannot trust even sons; daughters; and siblings.

Leaders are needed only to meet challenges and resolve any crisis.
When there is no challenge and when there is no crisis; there is no need for any leader.
But the fact is, crisis is always there.
So, there is a need for leaders.

During the freedom struggle, there were plenty of leaders of high character.
From Chidambaram Pillai of Tuticorin
to Khan Abdul Ghaffer Khan of Peshawar, the tall leader, known as Frontier Gandhi.

Now, plenty of leaders emerging in Modern India.
Till last week, they were politicians.
But, now, they are leaders.
They demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.

When there is a failure, they take actions against their party members.
That is not the right thing to do.
Leaders should empower others.
You don't need to always bring sweet and happy news to me.
Let me know the challenges, way ahead in time.

Do leaders need organization?
We built Meenakashi Temple; Taj Mahal and so on, without any organization.
Lord Siva doesn't need any organization.
Does Rama need BJP?
People do love reading about Rama.
Only after BJP, people stay away from Rama.
Otherwise, young kids love to listen stories about Rama and Sita from their grand parents.

Jesus and Buddha didn't launch any organization.
Their followers did.

In ancient India, they did business without any organizations.
So, we don't need religious or business organization.
Then, why do we need political organizations?

Even in business organizations, the internal structure is known as 'cost-centers.'
Only, the external customers are 'profit-centers.'

In political organization, all these presidents, secretaries are burden to the leaders.
Leaders get strength from people directly.

So, Narendra Modi is a born leader.
Narendra Modi has all leadership qualities.
Right now, BJP is burden to Narendra Modi.
But, Narendra Modi gets strength from the people of India.

Certainly, Narendra Modi cannot take the burden of BJP for the next 15 or 20 years.

Dekho; Gujarat Dekho.
Today, after 15 years, Narendra Modi is leaving Gujarat.
Everyone in Gujarat connects with him.
Narendra Modi has no enemies in Gujarat, right now.
It took 15 years to understand the real character of Narendra Modi.
Narendra Modi did transform Gujarat.

Now, Narendra Modi needs that kind of freedom in Delhi.
Certainly, after 15 years, Narendra Modi will make everybody happy.
Lal Kishan Advani may not live for 15 years;
but, what he saw in Gujarat today,
that will be the scene in Delhi after 15 years.

It is very interesting to see how he handles each and every challenge.
Right now, Narendra Modi connects with 813 million people of India.
So, that is Narendra Modi's strength.

Narendra Modi does know, the challenges from 543 MPs.

Of course, the power is transferred from 813 million people to 543 MPs.
But still, Narendra Modi is not yielding; in fact Narendra Modi challenges 543 MPs.

543 MPs have Constitutional Authority.
But, 813 million have Moral Authority.

So, it is Shatranj Ke Khilari.
Narendra Modi enjoys it.

In fact, Leaders never take risk.
What they see is: opportunities.

Leaders do see innovative opportunities.
Others think that that is a risk.

In fact, others took enormous risk.
They let it go challenges like: Modi Sarkar.
That was a huge risk, others took.

It is so beautiful.
Narendra Modi does it with passion and in a style.

Narendra Modi makes the media to talk about Nawas Sherif and Rajapakse.
Media is not talking about Advani, Rajnath Singh or Sushma.

Narendra Modi creates the future now.
The half full and half empty - clearly demonstrates his style.

In fact, that is what Rabindranath Tagore said.
Rabindranath Tagore went to Japan and talked to the youth there.
Rabindranath Tagore said; don't blindly adopt the western;
at the same time, don't ignore them too.
Learn the best from them.
You read their culture; take a fresh look at your culture;
you may come up with the best one.

Half water and half air is whole perception.
So, Narendra Modi listens to you all; but his way is unique.

Leaders don't fit into any organization.
In fact, they destroy them.

Annadurai quit the parent organization; MGR did.
Jayalaitha didn't start any new organization.
Mamata quit Congress.

Leaders are like those air or wind.
When you try to hold air inside a bottle or balloon; it gets broken.
Air brakes those barriers and go out free into atmosphere.

So, things are now going smoothly for BJP.
Not only people in India; the whole world is watching now.
So, others in BJP has to surrender to Narendra Modi.

And, Narendra Modi cannot carry on with this cold war forever.
Narendra Modi has to end this cold war; so that he could focus on the nation.

Dissolve BJP.

Jan Sangh and then BJP has been launched as an alternative to RSS.
Now, people do accept RSS.
So, why do we need two organizations.
Let us have only one, the mother of BJP; that is RSS.
So, let us dissolve BJP.

All MPs will be free and independent.
Free MPs enjoy freedom; they don't challenge Narendra Modi.

Whatever has been happening is good for Mother India.

So, Narendra Modi sees Challenges and also Innovative Opportunities.
Others took enormous risk.

The tough get going; always;
not just, when the going gets tough.

Narendra Bhai! Keep Going.

Sun. Moon. Earth

Sun

Sun is up there. All could see Sun, from any part of the planet earth.

Sun is not standing on anybody shoulder.

Sun is not hosted on top of any high tower.

It is up there, on its own.

Sun doesn't need any fuel or any external energy.

There is tremendous amount of Light; as well as Heat is getting generated on its own.

The internal energy, may be from fission or from fusion.

People at distance receive Light; and Life from the Sun.

It is only people, close to the Sun, may have to take the heat.

Jayalalitha is the Sun.

People outside of Tamilnadu is now seeing the light of the leader from Tamilnadu.

Not only people of India from other states, but also people from all around the world.

Jayalalitha follows The Truth.
Jayalalitha has no masters.
Jayalalitha doesn't need to report to any individual or any committee.
Hanuman seems to be a good character; instead of slaves.
So, Jayalalitha has a few Hanumans.
Jayalalitha leadership style is: empowerment.

Jayalalitha has no burden.
Jayalalitha has responsibility; and Jayalalitha has authority to fulfill those responsibilities.

Things have been going good for Jayalalitha; still it is good.

Moon

Mamata is learning from her mistakes.
Kaali Maa saved Mamata from a huge mistake.
Association with Anna Hazare would have brought Mamata to the state of Arvind Kejriwal.

Moon also has no burden.

I was looking for Mamata speech about all religions. I couldn't find it.

During the election, Mamata gave that speech. It is so good.
It is full of words of wisdom.

That was the best way of highlighting the values of various religion.

உன்னை அறிந்தால்; நீ உன்னை அறிந்தால்
உலகத்தில் போராடலாம்.
உயர்ந்தாலும், தாழ்ந்தாலும் தலை வணங்காமல்
நீ வாழலாம்.

பூமியில் நேராக வாழ்பவர் எல்லோரும்

It is a huge burden.

Right now, Earth is highly polluted.

There is a difference between burden and responsibility.

You buy a house for a million dollars. You take loan from bank.
Bank hold the documents.
You pay the mortgage for the house, every month.
You live in that house.
This is responsibility.
You have a source of income to pay mortgage.
You enjoy the freedom of living in that house.
Bank feels comfortable as they hold the documents.
It is a happy situation.

Burden is different.
You use credit card. No security.
It is just a few thousand dollars.
But you have no job; or no freedom.
The credit card company doesn't feel comfortable with you.
You couldn't do your work.
This credit card burden is making things worse for you.

So, Narendra Modi has a huge burden.
Obama has no burden.
Obama has freedom to fullfil his responsibilities.
Narendra Modi has no freedom; but huge responsibilities.

And there is an urgency too.
Day by day, earth is getting more polluted.
On a war foot, actions need to be taken.

For now, Jayalalitha and Mamata are in a better position.
Narendra Modi is loaded with lot of burden.

It is a huge challenge for Narendra Modi.
Manmohan Singh is now enjoying his freedom.

Sampooran Singh Kalra (born 18 August 1936), known popularly by his pen name Gulzar, is an Indian poet, lyricist and film director. Born in Jhelum district in British India, his family moved to India after partition. He started his career as a lyricist in the 1963 film Bandini and worked with many music directors including R. D. Burman, Vishal Bhardwaj and A. R. Rahman. He directed films such as Aandhi and Mausam and TV series during 1970s and 1980s.

Gulzar also wrote poetry, dialogues and scripts. He was awarded Padma Bhushan, the third-highest civilian award in India, the Sahitya Akademi Award and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award — the highest award in Indian cinema.  Gulzar wrote the song "Mora Gora Ang Layle";

 it is sung by Lata Mangeshkar.

For another collaboration with Rahman for Danny Boyle's 2007 Hollywood film Slumdog Millionaire, A.R.Rahman  and Gulzar won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Jai Ho" at the 81st Academy Awards. The song received international acclaim and won him a Grammy Award (shared with Rahman) in the category of Grammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media.

On one day, as the speaker, Lal Kishan Advani may hammer the table; and say, 'Order, Order'; and may say, 'Mr. Prime Minister, your time is up. Please sit down. Let other parliamentarians express their views.'

The fact is, each individual would like to function with total freedom; and that action would get them a place in history.

Nobody believes in coming back alive in the next life and become a head of a nation in the next life.

Jayalalitha and Mamata may hire a few professionals; to prepare points for the parliamentarians; make sure that the Bharat Sarkar is well managed by the whole team.

All are winners. Only those candidates lost in the election are losers. Otherwise, all 543 MPs are winners.

Earlier, DMK and AIADMK MPs used to shout at each other. Congress and BJP would just enjoy the chaos as an entertainment. DMK MPs and ministers are part of the government and AIADMK MPs are part of oppositions. So, parliament means, throwing things at each others; shouting and yelling; pepper spray.

All those chaos and confusions are gone. Now, parliament is going to be effective.

Even BJP Parliamentarians also will become very effective soon. Right now, they are longing for cabinet minister posts. Only a few will get it. Rest of the 300 Parliamentarians would start learn from team Jayalalitha and team Mamata.

300 BJP MPs will start questioning the 33 cabinet ministers.

When a problem arises between two neighboring states, BJP-Uttar Pradesh may argue with BJP-Bihar. The Prime Minister cannot take side on any one state.

Indian democracy, naturally and organically reached the coalition form of governments.

Now, artificially, we created a one big 300 plus government.
It is going to face new challenges.

The best bet for Narendra Modi at this point of time is; stability; make it constitutional.

Once a Prime Minister takes oath; he or she will be the Prime Minister for the entire five years.

This is the time, you could do it.
After a month, everyone will get a clear vision.
They may not agree with you.

It is like, replacing entire Internet with old style Main Frame computer.
Main Frame computer is replaced by network of small computers.
That is an organic growth.

It is like, Jurassic Park.
Huge Dinosaurs, by nature, they were gone.
Artificially, these guys built a Jurassic Park.
You may have watched that movie, Jurassic Park.
You know, what happened.

This effective Parliamentarians of team Jayalalitha and team Mamata is the right step for Indian democracy. Very soon, Narendra Modi also would agree.

Omar asks people to give reasons for NC’s defeat in LS polls

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday sought to know the reasons from the people of the state for the rejection of NC candidates.

I’d like to hear from you as to the reasons for the enormous setback (the) NC has faced in these elections,” Mr. Omar wrote on microblogging site twitter.com.

Mr. Omar said he has started introspection process following the electoral defeat but wanted to hear from people outside his party on how to make amends.

“I’ve started the process of introspection and am listening to voices within the party but I need to hear from people other than colleagues (too). I want to learn, I need to learn. I’d like to try and make amends. I’ll give it my best shot and I’d rather fail trying than not try at all,” he added.

In earlier tweets, Mr. Omar said he acknowledged the grievances of the people, which they had voiced through the ballot, and he will rise to their expectations.

“We have served YOU for the last five years with dedication. Today we acknowledge YOUR grievances and now we will rise to YOUR expectations,” he said.

Mr. Omar also expressed confidence that his party will bounce back to script a historic comeback.

“We have always survived and sustained. We have bled on our flag and never allowed it to fade. From here, we will script a historic comeback,” he said.

Accepting the verdict of the people of the state in the Lok Sabha polls, Mr. Omar said his party will learn lessons from this defeat and grow stronger.

“We are humbled by your verdict. This is as good a place to start learning and embarking on a new journey. We will learn. We will grow!” he added.

Quoting from Charles Dickens book ‘A Tale of Two Cities’, Mr. Omar said “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.”

Effective Legislative Branch

Indian democracy used to function similar to the Westminster System.

Indian democracy is now transforming into American model of democracy.

In 2014, India has got free, independent, effective Executive.

In the same way, the Legislative branch is now emerging as free, independent and effective.

The separation of powers, often imprecisely used interchangeably with the trias politica principle, is a model for the governance of a state (or who controls the state).

The model was first developing in ancient Greece and Rome. Under this model,
the state is divided into branches, 
each with separate and 
independent powers and 
areas of responsibility
so that the powers of one branch are not in conflict with
the powers associated with the other branches.

The typical division of branches is into a Legislature, an Executive, and a Judiciary.

It can be contrasted with
the fusion of powers in a parliamentary system where
the executive and legislature 
(and sometimes parts of the judiciary) are unified.

From fusion of powers to separation of powers.

The Executive branch has become effective.
Now, the Legislative branch also become effective.

India is now moving away from all those number games associated with
number of MPs;
minority government and
majority government.

The Executive could function effectively without any chaos and confusion.
The Legislative could function effectively without any chaos and confusion.

The beauty is, it happens naturally.
No one has taken any special effort to build such a wonderful effective functioning democracy.

These MPs - all are equal.
They are not ministers.
It is a huge relief for their leaders, both Jayalalitha and Mamata.

People elected their representatives and send them to the legislature.
Now, people understand the fact about legislature.
These elected representatives also understand their responsibility.

Even in America, some how an impression has been created as a hierarchical structure.
They believe and function as:

• President of United States.
• House of Representatives

The President is at the top. House of Representatives are reporting to the President. Judiciary is at the bottom.

The fact, all three branches are equal. 

Collectively, House of Representatives balance the power of the President. 

Same goes true for the Judiciary.

One President = All House of Representatives = Nine Judges

In Indian style,

Brahma = Vishnu = Siva

Brahma is the creator. People representatives create law in the parliament.
Vishnu is the protector. The Prime Minister functions within the framework of law created at the legislature and protects the people.
Siva is the judiciary branch. That has already started functioning effectively.

The fact is each MP represents people of his constituency.
But each MP decision would have an impact on all 814 millions people of India.

The MP elected from Madras Central may have to participate in the discussion about providing special status to Bihar and so one. It's all 543 MPs collectively make a decision whether to go on war against our neighbors or even to send a rocket to moon.

It is both Jayalalitha and Mamata responsibility to make these MP understand that they represent all 814 millions of people of India. So, they act with greater responsibility.

In fact, you are PRIP.
People Representative of Indian Parliament.
You are free and independent.
You have no manager.
You don't belong to any hierarchy.
Perhaps, cabinet ministers need to report to the Prime Minister.
But, you don't need to report to Prime Minister or anybody.
In fact, you may question the Prime Minister; and the Prime Minister may report to you.

If at all, you need to have a master;
People are your Master; nobody else.

The power is very well balanced.
The power is clearly separated.

Beauty is, democracy in India grows naturally without any force, just like those plants.
All we need to do is, our duty with responsibility.
Citizens cast their vote; even to NOTA.
Election Commission did their duty with high moral value.
Now, the Executive will function with total authority and greater responsibility.
The Parliamentarians also will function with total authority and greater responsibility.

The world will now observe the effective execution of the Prime Minister.
The world will also observe the effective legislation of our Parliamentarians.
It is whole, organic growth of Indian Democracy.

Indian Democracy is in Nirvana

nirvana
nirvana is the highest state that 
someone can attain, 
a state of enlightenment, 
meaning a person's individual desires and 
suffering go away.

The origin of the word nirvana relates to religious enlightenment;
it comes from the Sanskrit meaning
"extinction, disappearance" of 
the individual to the universal.

Achieving nirvana is to make earthly feelings like suffering and desire disappear.

How does 2014 differ from all earlier elections?

After the election; after the results are announced, there used to be lot of chaos and confusion.

Who are all participating in forming the government.
Parties used to be busy in deciding whether to participate or provide a support from outside.

Then they demand for ministerial post.
So much negotiations used to happen.

Once all agreed then all ministers take oath.
Cabinet will be formed.

And that also, people used to bet on - let us see how many days, this is going to survive.

It used to be very busy and full of entertainment.

There used to be power brokers who carry out the negotiations.

All those chaotic situations do not arise at all.

It is so quite.

Democracy in India has attained a state of Nirvana.

All citizens participated in this process with great responsibility.

Vidya Balan said: I need to have this ink on my finger.
Then only, I can lift my finger and question my government.

That is responsibility.
It happens naturally.
It is not forced on people; by law; by threat; by fear.

Voting is an action; in fact, it is meditation.

The Election Commission had done an excellant job.

People in large numbers stood in line and did cast their vote.

Political leaders demonstrated greater responsibility in their speech and in their action.

Seeking support from others - doesn't arise at all.

Regional leaders also now free from worries about getting minister posts for their MPs. Then they need to monitor whether they do good job without corruption.

As they demand for minister post; they cannot question other policy matters.

Every body did compromise on nation's interest.

And the Prime Minister also just give excuses for his non-performance.

Now, it is a huge responsibility on one party.
In fact, it is on one man.
And that man also has stability; total and complete freedom to function.
He doesn't need to waste his time and energy in entertaining other parties.

Now, no body is depending on anybody else.
So, everyone will act with great responsibility without any compromise.

You are going to see, high quality performing democracy in India.

So, no more chaos and confusion.
Actions of every citizen is going to be pure and responsible.

All our leaders have already become world class leaders.

Uttar Pradesh 73 - Burden on Amit Shah

Akhilesh got 5 seats out of 80. Akhilesh may go around those five constituencies and may talk to the people over there.

I don't bring Laddu to distribute to you. Do you need Laddu from me? You don't need Laddu.

I am not going to say 'thank you.' What is the use of words. My 'thank you' is not going to solve any of your problems.

But I want to do some action. I want to fullfil some of your immediate needs. So, let me know, what can I do for you. I have the authority; I can deliver to you. Let me know, right away; now. I will issue order from here to implement them.

Of course, I am the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. All 80 constituencies are my children. The dad loves all children. But sometimes, the dad may feel special about a few children. That is how I feel about you today.

Very soon, those children would realize their mistakes. It was all maya; illusion. They will soon see the truth. Those magicians cheated our people. It takes some time for the people to recover from illusion. Amit Shah will never going to visit Uttar Pradesh. If Amit Shah visits, don't let him go. Demand Amit Shah to deliver whatever he promised to you.

It is now your time to take revenge on Amit Shah.

Narendra Modi had never committed to anybody; not to Jashodaben; not to Advani; not to BJP too.

Amit Shah is real human being; he is not a fake. Amit Shah is married. All UP wallas believed each and every word of Amit Shah. UP walla responded to Amit Shah in a big way; beyond his expectation. 73 MPs is not a simple thing.

In the next five years; I have seen people of India as well as people of these western nations.

The politicians in India are full of emotions. They emotionally attached to the people. In western nations, politicians are like business people; they never emotionally attached to anything; even in their family.

In the next five years; these 73 MPs are emotionally attached to Amit Shah.

Any time, any day - with 73 MPs, Amit Shah could become the Leader of Opposition.

The sooner Narendra Modi breaks this tie; between people of Uttar Pradesh and Amit Shah, it would be safe for Narendra Modi.

One of Narendra Modi's brother name is Prahlad. Have you seen the film or read the story about Prahlad. The son is so different from the father.

As a general rule for any human being; avoid fake people. Be real with real human beings.

You know, people who has heart, may get a heart attack. Same goes true for head ache also.

So, only real people get depressed. When human beings have no mind; they will not get mental health issues.

Guilty feeling cause mental depression.

Amit Shah is not like politicians of Europe or America. Amit Shah is very much desi politician. The sudden focus light on Amit Shah; he never expected it.

Narendra Modi feels safe and comfortable as long as people complain about Amit Shah.

If the media said, Amit Shah is a bad guy, that would make Narendra Modi comfortable.

If Election Commission issued notice against Amit Shah, that would make Narendra Modi comfortable.

Yes. Amit Shah is a bad guy; I am the good guy.

Now, things have changed.

You cannot use him as a tool to achieve your goal.

So, don't play with real human beings. They live for truth.

So,  it would be better, if Narendra Modi could severe the emotional bondings; that has organically grown over the last few months; between Amit Shah and UP.

Soon, Amit Shah will start feeling guilty. You know, guilty feeling cause depression.

You cannot predict how do people behave when they get depressed.

When Amit Shah has authority, he could fullfil his responsibilities.
Then it is not a burden. It may take time to deliver. But, there is no cheating.
Even now, Amit Shah has not given any legal commitment.
UPwalla cannot go to court.

But real people take the words; words coming out of your mouth is a commitment.
When Amit Shah does not have authority, he could not keep up his words.
Then responsibilities become burden.

In general, politicians used to give many promises to people.
They do it for short term gain. They don't mean it.
Such politicians have no worries.

But real human beings are living human beings.
So, Amit Shah words are not just for this election.
His words gave hope to UPwalla.
They have done their commitment.
Amit Shah cannot make his commitment.
So, all responsibilities will now become huge burden on Amit Shah.
