Constitution of India was based on the British Parliamentary system. The British system has so many defects. There is no balance of power. There are so many false positions, such as King, Queen, Governor General and President. They all have stability; but no authority; no responsibility. All these positions are dummy.

Imported Desi Professionals are not Hanumans
Politicians are failing us, says Google's Eric Schmidt
Eric Schmidt said that politicians had been reduced to talking about issues rather than addressing them.
The system, he said, failed to make them accountable and made it hard for them to effect real change.
"We deserve better from politics leadership," he said. "I would like our leadership to say 'this is what we are going to do', to say 'I'm going to negatively affect these groups, positively affect these groups' and, in a democracy, be held accountable at the end. That's what [chief executives] do, and they can lose their job every quarter."
The Google chairman dismissed Japan's political system as sclerotic, despite attempts by the prime minister, Shinzo Abe, to reform the country's economic policy, but said the US and Europe were suffering from the same lack of effective leadership.
In the American system,
conventionally the only thing you can do
in a presidency is in the first 18 months,
because the system becomes so tough and the lobby is so powerful.
"Europe seems to have accepted 12% unemployment for ever, and that is terrible. A whole generation of people are losing their jobs. Where is the leadership? And where is the leadership going to come from to tackle climate change?"
Schmidt is a well-known supporter of Barack Obama, informally contributing to the technology strategy for the 2012 re-election campaign and overseeing a $700,000 (£425,000) donation from Google. That year, the company donated $715,000 to Republican candidates and $2.1m to Democrats. In December 2012, shortly after Obama's re-election, Schmidt reportedly turned down a role in Obama's administration as treasury secretary.
Schmidt has been the charismatic corporate voice of Google since he joined as chief executive in 2001. Now promoting his new book, The New Digital Age, written with a fellow Google executive, Jared Cohen, Schmidt outlines his vision of the future,
where the requisite insights into the potential of artificial intelligence sit alongside warnings about how governments need to be prepared for technology threatening the jobs of the middle classes.
Everyone in the world is unhappy
with their government, he believes. "I would like to figure out a way to bring back a stronger model for leadership that is responsible and respectful, but capable of addressing things rather than just talking about them," he said.
"We lack the kind of leadership that will drive societies forward, and there's something wrong when it is so difficult to politically manoeuvre."
Schmidt still denies that he is interested in a career in politics; the question was rebutted with a brief "no".
But he is far more forthcoming about the achievements of Google: "This is winning. We're making a difference, achieving things, so people will attack us, partly because people are afraid of change.
"Our job is to invent things, to drive innovation, and there will be losers out of that. But as long as you are on the users' side, as long as there is a human benefit, you will eventually win."

The above picture; when you look at it with 2008 perspective; a business man supporting a Presidential candidate. In 2014 perspective, they are two politicians. In 2016 perspective; two American Presidents are in discussion.
So, professionals are already in politics. After all, management is politics. Politics is not a bad word. It is science; Political Science. It is all about serving nation; serving people; profit is not incentive; fame; world class fame is a big incentive.
In Modi case, the credit goes to Amit Shah for his 71 and the rest of transformation goes to those Imported Desi Professionals.
Amit Shah is Hanuman.
Once, there were plenty of Hanumans in politics. Almost every leaders could get a bunch of Hanumans. Those Hanumans dedicate their entire life for their Rama or Sita.
But no longer those Hanumans are available. Amit Shah is a rare Hanuman of this century.
These Imported Desi Professionals are not Hanumans. You cannot clearly define them.
Imported Desi Professionals wear dresses like Prannoy Roy.
But, their character is not that of Prannoy Roy.
Prannoy Roy has been meeting and interviewing the political leaders for many decades. Decades sounds like Prannoy Roy is old. Perhaps, we shall use years, instead of decades.
Prannoy Roy may not know or may not speak about Raja Nithi; or Dharma; Karma and so on.
But, Prannoy Roy practices in real life.
Prannoy Roy never try to challenge any politicians and never attempt to replace them.
But, these Imported Desi Professionals; ask them about Dharma; Hindu Philosophy; ask them anything. They could talk on those subjects for hours together. They have so much knowledge. But they never practice what they speak.
You will be so surprised; they are not bad people; and they are not innocents also.
They strongly believe that all these accumulated knowledge is meant for intellectual conversation and group discussion. Just like those subjects, we study in schools and colleges. Once the exam is over, that's all. All accumulated knowledge is meant for scoring high grades and marks.
What they practice is totally different.
So, these Imported Desi Professionals are not Hanumans.
They could take any avatars.
So, they are your future challenges.
They have money; in fact, nowadays, you don't need money.
All you need is Twitter, Facebook account.
They have management skills; they know about technology; they could manage a large team; they did deliver results. So, they could be your challenger.
Many try to enter via Anna Hazare team. That is not going very well.
So, now they may enter as each individual.
543 individual would contest in direct election.
They may not join in any party.
They may jump into the fray as a free and independent candidate.
They know how to execute micro level management.
So, they are not Hanumans.
But they may challenge you.
They have already pulled you into their domain.
You have already fallen into their net.
They pulled you into Twitter; Facebook and so many other things.
There they have edge over you.
You have already given up your street fight and public meetings.
They could never come to the street and get low level of scolding each other.
So, you have already lost your hold on politics arena.
Imported Desi Professionals are future politicians.
