Leaders love challenges. When there is no challenge, leaders have no place.
But the fact is, challenge is always there. Crisis demands Leadership.
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is the best human being as a leader in human history.
It may happen soon. This event may happen in a dramatic way. We will invite Sonia and Rahul on the stage. They may come carrying their name as Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. The name has been written as first-name in one board and the second-name in another board. Like this:
Sonia Gandhi
Rahul Gandhi
Then, we shall ask them to hand over their last name. So, first, Sonia come forward and gave the last-name board to us. Then the people raise their voice as,
Soniaji Zindabad
Then, Rahul come forward and gave the last-name board to us. Then the people raise their voice as,
Rahulji Zindabad
But Rahul said, elders call me,
just Rahul
others can call me, Mr. Rahul
Gandhi should refer to only one person; without any confusion. Priyanka already lost the last-name Gandhi. It is only Sonia and Rahul have the last-name. If they give up, all citizens of India would be grateful to them.
Till then, we need to write the full-name of Gandhi, to avoid any confusion.
Right now, if we say, Gandhi is a born leader; people may take it as Rahul is a born leader.
So, Mohandad Karamchand Gandhi is a born leader. Leaders enjoy total and complete freedom. When Gandhi was alive, India didn't have freedom; but that didn't matter. Gandhi never felt that he was a slave to the British. The struggle against the British, gave him total and complete freedom. In fact, Gandhi lived a life of a freeman. Gandhi was never been a slave to anybody; and Gandhi never make others, slave to him. That is the beauty of leadership.
So, Leaders are born; not made.
Leaders, never live a life of a slave.
Leaders never been slave to anybody.
And leaders don't make anybody, slave to them.
In fact, leaders struggle for others freedom.
Another important fact is, Leaders do not organize; Leaders do not start any organization.
Even, Jesus Christ didn't start any organization in his life time. His followers started.
Same goes true for Buddha too.
Mohandas Karamchand didn't start Congress.
Congress was started by someone else.
Mohandas Karamchand joined in Congress organization.
But, Gandhi couldn't breathe freely within Congress.
The organization created pressure on Gandhi and trying to take away his freedom.
So, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi quit Congress.
For the rest of his life, Gandhi was a free man without any organization.
Only slaves feel comfortable within an organization.
Only slaves could build, develop and manage any organization.
Free human beings never start any organization.
Accidentally, leaders get struck in some organization.
But, throughout their life, they had to struggle to come out of it.
When a crisis happen, leaders get their freedom.
Throughout his life, Winston Churchill couldn't survive as a politician in the British Parliament.
But, when Adolf Hitler challenged, people were looking at Winston Churchill.
So, Winston Churchill could become a Prime Minister, only when there was crisis.
Once the crisis over, Winston Churchill lost the 1945 election.
In 1945, Winston Churchill was a war hero; and at the same time lost the election.
In India, we have only two organizations; one is Congress and the other is BJP.
Rest of all are free leaders from different regions of India.
These regional leaders are free and independent.
They never be slave to anyone.
After independence, the only free and independent leader was Indira Gandhi.
Right now, Rahul or Sonia or anybody else - have no leadership qualities.
So, as an organization of slaves, Congress will survive for a while.
All slaves need save and secure within an organization.
Slaves won't challenge Sonia.
There is no immediate threat for Congress.
Leaders like Sharad Pawar, Mamata Didi and recently the YSR Jagan all have already left the Congress.
So, Congress has no crisis.
BJP is in serious crisis.
Till now, all are slaves in BJP.
Slaves support one another.
Now, Narendra Modi is challenging BJP.
Rajnath Singh, recent statement: I am the president of BJP. I have authority and responsibility. I will not be part of Modi government.
Sonia and Manmohan Singh were working together. In the last ten years, they may not agree on all issues; but they never challenge one another in public.
Rajnath Singh has already challenging Narendra Modi.
On one day, Rajnath Singh try to get the support of Mamata Didi.
On the next day, Narendra Modi challenges Mamata Didi.
The field workers would be totally confused about this conflict between two power centers in BJP.
Narendra Modi is all out to damage the future of BJP.
If I don't get it; I will make sure, nobody else get it.
It is a very natural human feelings.
Narendra Modi worked so hard.
Certainly, Narendra Modi would not allow anybody else to become the Prime Minister.
That is why now Narendra Modi gave up all his, mission 272 plus;
gave up all development talk;
get into fundamentals of dividing people, based on religion; caste; language; etc.
When Narendra Modi has so much potential, he could have just quit BJP and have started an organization of his own.

எம்.ஜி.ஆர் எவருக்கும் அடிமையாக இருந்தது கிடையாது.

சுதந்திரமாக; நல்லதோ, கெட்டதோ, எல்லாத்துக்கும் தானே பொறுப்பு, என்று செயல்பட்டார்.
