Maa is Maa.
Maa and Beta lives in Mother India.
So, Mother India is Great Maa.
Mother India is part of Planet Earth.
Planet Earth is part of Solar System.
So, that is a relationship from Sun to Earth to Nations to Leaders to Human Beings.

Leaders are born.
You cannot make anyone as a leader.
You can make manager; but not leader.

Leaders walk alone.
The only person they can trust is; spouse and mother.
They cannot trust even sons; daughters; and siblings.

Leaders are needed only to meet challenges and resolve any crisis.
When there is no challenge and when there is no crisis; there is no need for any leader.
But the fact is, crisis is always there.
So, there is a need for leaders.

During the freedom struggle, there were plenty of leaders of high character.
From Chidambaram Pillai of Tuticorin
to Khan Abdul Ghaffer Khan of Peshawar, the tall leader, known as Frontier Gandhi.

Now, plenty of leaders emerging in Modern India.
Till last week, they were politicians.
But, now, they are leaders.
They demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.

When there is a failure, they take actions against their party members.
That is not the right thing to do.
Leaders should empower others.
You don't need to always bring sweet and happy news to me.
Let me know the challenges, way ahead in time.

Do leaders need organization?
We built Meenakashi Temple; Taj Mahal and so on, without any organization.
Lord Siva doesn't need any organization.
Does Rama need BJP?
People do love reading about Rama.
Only after BJP, people stay away from Rama.
Otherwise, young kids love to listen stories about Rama and Sita from their grand parents.

Jesus and Buddha didn't launch any organization.
Their followers did.

In ancient India, they did business without any organizations.
So, we don't need religious or business organization.
Then, why do we need political organizations?

Even in business organizations, the internal structure is known as 'cost-centers.'
Only, the external customers are 'profit-centers.'

In political organization, all these presidents, secretaries are burden to the leaders.
Leaders get strength from people directly.

So, Narendra Modi is a born leader.
Narendra Modi has all leadership qualities.
Right now, BJP is burden to Narendra Modi.
But, Narendra Modi gets strength from the people of India.

Certainly, Narendra Modi cannot take the burden of BJP for the next 15 or 20 years.

Dekho; Gujarat Dekho.
Today, after 15 years, Narendra Modi is leaving Gujarat.
Everyone in Gujarat connects with him.
Narendra Modi has no enemies in Gujarat, right now.
It took 15 years to understand the real character of Narendra Modi.
Narendra Modi did transform Gujarat.

Now, Narendra Modi needs that kind of freedom in Delhi.
Certainly, after 15 years, Narendra Modi will make everybody happy.
Lal Kishan Advani may not live for 15 years;
but, what he saw in Gujarat today,
that will be the scene in Delhi after 15 years.

It is very interesting to see how he handles each and every challenge.
Right now, Narendra Modi connects with 813 million people of India.
So, that is Narendra Modi's strength.

Narendra Modi does know, the challenges from 543 MPs.

Of course, the power is transferred from 813 million people to 543 MPs.
But still, Narendra Modi is not yielding; in fact Narendra Modi challenges 543 MPs.

543 MPs have Constitutional Authority.
But, 813 million have Moral Authority.

So, it is Shatranj Ke Khilari.
Narendra Modi enjoys it.

In fact, Leaders never take risk.
What they see is: opportunities.

Leaders do see innovative opportunities.
Others think that that is a risk.

In fact, others took enormous risk.
They let it go challenges like: Modi Sarkar.
That was a huge risk, others took.

It is so beautiful.
Narendra Modi does it with passion and in a style.

Narendra Modi makes the media to talk about Nawas Sherif and Rajapakse.
Media is not talking about Advani, Rajnath Singh or Sushma.

Narendra Modi creates the future now.
The half full and half empty - clearly demonstrates his style.

In fact, that is what Rabindranath Tagore said.
Rabindranath Tagore went to Japan and talked to the youth there.
Rabindranath Tagore said; don't blindly adopt the western;
at the same time, don't ignore them too.
Learn the best from them.
You read their culture; take a fresh look at your culture;
you may come up with the best one.

Half water and half air is whole perception.
So, Narendra Modi listens to you all; but his way is unique.

Leaders don't fit into any organization.
In fact, they destroy them.

Annadurai quit the parent organization; MGR did.
Jayalaitha didn't start any new organization.
Mamata quit Congress.

Leaders are like those air or wind.
When you try to hold air inside a bottle or balloon; it gets broken.
Air brakes those barriers and go out free into atmosphere.

So, things are now going smoothly for BJP.
Not only people in India; the whole world is watching now.
So, others in BJP has to surrender to Narendra Modi.

And, Narendra Modi cannot carry on with this cold war forever.
Narendra Modi has to end this cold war; so that he could focus on the nation.

Dissolve BJP.

Jan Sangh and then BJP has been launched as an alternative to RSS.
Now, people do accept RSS.
So, why do we need two organizations.
Let us have only one, the mother of BJP; that is RSS.
So, let us dissolve BJP.

All MPs will be free and independent.
Free MPs enjoy freedom; they don't challenge Narendra Modi.

Whatever has been happening is good for Mother India.

So, Narendra Modi sees Challenges and also Innovative Opportunities.
Others took enormous risk.

The tough get going; always;
not just, when the going gets tough.

Sun. Moon. Earth

Sun

Sun is up there. All could see Sun, from any part of the planet earth.

Sun is not standing on anybody shoulder.

Sun is not hosted on top of any high tower.

It is up there, on its own.

Sun doesn't need any fuel or any external energy.

There is tremendous amount of Light; as well as Heat is getting generated on its own.

The internal energy, may be from fission or from fusion.

People at distance receive Light; and Life from the Sun.

It is only people, close to the Sun, may have to take the heat.

Jayalalitha is the Sun.

People outside of Tamilnadu is now seeing the light of the leader from Tamilnadu.

Not only people of India from other states, but also people from all around the world.

Jayalalitha follows The Truth.
Jayalalitha has no masters.
Jayalalitha doesn't need to report to any individual or any committee.
Hanuman seems to be a good character; instead of slaves.
So, Jayalalitha has a few Hanumans.
Jayalalitha leadership style is: empowerment.

Jayalalitha has no burden.
Jayalalitha has responsibility; and Jayalalitha has authority to fulfill those responsibilities.

Things have been going good for Jayalalitha; still it is good.

Mamata is learning from her mistakes.
Kaali Maa saved Mamata from a huge mistake.
Association with Anna Hazare would have brought Mamata to the state of Arvind Kejriwal.

Moon also has no burden.

I was looking for Mamata speech about all religions. I couldn't find it.

During the election, Mamata gave that speech. It is so good.
It is full of words of wisdom.

That was the best way of highlighting the values of various religion.

உன்னை அறிந்தால்; நீ உன்னை அறிந்தால்
உலகத்தில் போராடலாம்.
உயர்ந்தாலும், தாழ்ந்தாலும் தலை வணங்காமல்

Earth

It is a huge burden.

Right now, Earth is highly polluted.

There is a difference between burden and responsibility.

You buy a house for a million dollars. You take loan from bank.
Bank hold the documents.
You pay the mortgage for the house, every month.
You live in that house.
This is responsibility.
You have a source of income to pay mortgage.
You enjoy the freedom of living in that house.
Bank feels comfortable as they hold the documents.
It is a happy situation.

Burden is different.
You use credit card. No security.
It is just a few thousand dollars.
But you have no job; or no freedom.
The credit card company doesn't feel comfortable with you.
You couldn't do your work.
This credit card burden is making things worse for you.

So, Narendra Modi has a huge burden.
Obama has no burden.
Obama has freedom to fullfil his responsibilities.
Narendra Modi has no freedom; but huge responsibilities.

And there is an urgency too.
Day by day, earth is getting more polluted.
On a war foot, actions need to be taken.

For now, Jayalalitha and Mamata are in a better position.
Narendra Modi is loaded with lot of burden.

It is a huge challenge for Narendra Modi.
Manmohan Singh is now enjoying his freedom.

வெளியே வந்தார்; கடைசிவரை, சுதந்திர மனிதனாக வாழ்ந்தார்.

Sampooran Singh Kalra (born 18 August 1936), known popularly by his pen name Gulzar, is an Indian poet, lyricist and film director. Born in Jhelum district in British India, his family moved to India after partition. He started his career as a lyricist in the 1963 film Bandini and worked with many music directors including R. D. Burman, Vishal Bhardwaj and A. R. Rahman. He directed films such as Aandhi and Mausam and TV series during 1970s and 1980s.

Gulzar also wrote poetry, dialogues and scripts. He was awarded Padma Bhushan, the third-highest civilian award in India, the Sahitya Akademi Award and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award — the highest award in Indian cinema. He has won several Indian National Film Awards, Filmfare Awards, one Academy Award and one Grammy Award.

 Gulzar wrote the song "Mora Gora Ang Layle";

 it is sung by Lata Mangeshkar.

For another collaboration with Rahman for Danny Boyle's 2007 Hollywood film Slumdog Millionaire, A.R.Rahman  and Gulzar won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Jai Ho" at the 81st Academy Awards. The song received international acclaim and won him a Grammy Award (shared with Rahman) in the category of Grammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media.

These CEO; almost all are retired.

They would like to introduce innovation in Washington.

But they don't know how to bring about innovation.

These CEO are keenly watching India.

Soon, Washington also will undergo total and complete transformation.

In fact, except 20 to 30 MPs, rest of them all are happy with Narendra Modi's plan.

It is not because, they consider this is the best for India.

Media people, they are wondering; what is happening now in Delhi.

It is not the usual thing.

There is no rush; no group meeting.

No closed meeting.

There is no conspiracy too.

Everybody is slowly settling down and touching the ground.

Media people need food.

Media people don't need wine all the time.

Right now, media people miss their wine and its effect.

This is unusual thing for them.

Nawas Shairf is invited for the ceremony in India.

Arvind Kejriwal is in Tihar.

Mild tremor in some parts of India.

Those news are real and they are food for the media people.

In fact, people of India need those real food.

People of India; in fact the whole world starving of real food.

They have been fed with junk and narcotics. 

So, this meditation is needed; not only for those 543 Parliamentarians;

but also the media people;

and the entire people of India.

Many may throw many ideas.

But, it takes courage, vision, and so many character to see the rightness of it.

It takes great leadership qualities to implement it.

Narendra Modi is doing right now.

And the beauty is; people of India co-operating with Narendra Modi;

the media people are co-operating with Narendra Modi;

almost all parliamentarians are now co-operating with Narendra Modi.

Cho Ramasamy is right;

You contested for MP. People voted for you as MP. Now, you function as a MP.

Referring to the nature of the verdict, he said if it had been a hung or a fractured verdict then one can say that people had vented their anger against the government and that it was anti-establishment.

In fact, V.K.Singh first went to Anna Hazare; then he came to BJP.

How about Sushma, Rajnath Singh, Subramanian Swamy, Uma Bharati and so on.

I respect them. They are very good Parliamentarians.

Then, who will be your Home Minister or Defense Minister.

We are a democracy.  We don't have a King or a Queen.
Then why do we need a Minister.

I will be the President.
I will have Secretaries for each department.

Could we meet at BJP or RSS office and discuss about it.

No. Delhi is too hot.
Let me go and rest a while in Gujarat.

Let you guys take some time and settle down.

I don't want to differentiate between BJP MP from Uttar Pradesh and BJP MP from Bihar, by giving minister post to one person and by denying minister post for the rest. More over, none of you are qualified to manage a department. You all are good in talking. You do it in the parliament.

For me, all BJP MPs are equal.

May 26th, The Chief Justice of India will administer oath for the first Executive President of india.

Clear; absolutely clear separation of power; authority and responsibility.

Go Ahead with your plan, Narendra Bhai!

Farewell to Pranab Mukerjee

Maa Ganga told me:

Beta, Naren.

People of India have full faith on you and gave you total and complete authority.
So, whatever you do, it would be good for Bharat.
So, go ahead with your action.

The whole world knew that, you started this 2014 campaign as the model of Presidential election.
People did respond in that way.
They gave you total and absolute mandate.
You don't need to ask anybody. So, just go ahead.

Let Pranab Mukerjee go home and enjoy his retirement in Bengal with fish curry.
Let you be the President of India.

Go and meet Pranab Mukerjee and ask for his resignation.

You have the oath ceremony at Rashtrapathi Bhavan.

Let the Chief Justice of India administer the oath to you.

Let you take oath as:

I, Narendra Modi....serve this nation as the first Executive President of India.

I assure you. Our media and our people will miss those words.

A few high scholl kids may ask their teacher: He is making mistake, Miss. Instead of Prime Minister, he said, the President.

Because those kids are not yet corrupted. They are attentive.

The entire country has studied a lot and has accumulated a lot of content on their refrigerator brain. Those content in the refrigerator brain are no longer fresh; it started decay.

Attention is keeping all your senses open.
Focus is - shut all your senses and just stay focus on a single point; perhaps on a single point of failure.

So, I know, the conflict between the CM and state Governor.
Let me extend this act to all states in India.

As of this moment, the Center dismisses all Governors of state.
All CM could sworn in as Governor of their state.
Jayalalitha could sworn in as Governor of Tamilnadu.
Mamata could sworn in as Governor of Bengal.
They could do it, right here in Rashtrapathi bhavan, right now.
Chief Justice could administer the oath.

By eliminating these fake positions; both President and Governors of all states, we could save a 100 thousand crores of rupees.

So, not a Prime Minister;
India elected their first Executive President.

It all started with slogan; Modi Sarkar.

Then they were ready for; NDA Sarkar.

After the result, it is: BJP Sarkar.

But the fact is, it is Bharat Sarkar.

Indian Government includes:

• The Executive President of India
• Prime Minister of India
• Cabinet Ministers
• Parliament Speaker
• 543 Parliamentarians
• Supreme Court

All parts make one whole Indian Government.

ஆக, அங்கம் வகிக்கும் அரசுதான், மத்தியில் அமைந்திருக்கின்றது.

Some how, we created an impression that, Parliamentarian job is nothing.
Only Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers are great.

So, team of Jayalalitha Parliamentarians and team of Mamata Parliamentarians would function as an effective Legislative Branch.

Lal Kishan Advani as a Speaker. That is not a good idea for Modi.

Lal Kishan Advani is also a human being. Right now, he just controls and buries his frustration.

On one day, as the speaker, Lal Kishan Advani may hammer the table; and say, 'Order, Order'; and may say, 'Mr. Prime Minister, your time is up. Please sit down. Let other parliamentarians express their views.'

The fact is, each individual would like to function with total freedom; and that action would get them a place in history.

Nobody believes in coming back alive in the next life and become a head of a nation in the next life.

Jayalalitha and Mamata may hire a few professionals; to prepare points for the parliamentarians; make sure that the Bharat Sarkar is well managed by the whole team.

All are winners. Only those candidates lost in the election are losers. Otherwise, all 543 MPs are winners.

Earlier, DMK and AIADMK MPs used to shout at each other. Congress and BJP would just enjoy the chaos as an entertainment. DMK MPs and ministers are part of the government and AIADMK MPs are part of oppositions. So, parliament means, throwing things at each others; shouting and yelling; pepper spray.

All those chaos and confusions are gone. Now, parliament is going to be effective.

Even BJP Parliamentarians also will become very effective soon. Right now, they are longing for cabinet minister posts. Only a few will get it. Rest of the 300 Parliamentarians would start learn from team Jayalalitha and team Mamata.

300 BJP MPs will start questioning the 33 cabinet ministers.

When a problem arises between two neighboring states, BJP-Uttar Pradesh may argue with BJP-Bihar. The Prime Minister cannot take side on any one state.

Indian democracy, naturally and organically reached the coalition form of governments.

Now, artificially, we created a one big 300 plus government.
It is going to face new challenges.

The best bet for Narendra Modi at this point of time is; stability; make it constitutional.

Once a Prime Minister takes oath; he or she will be the Prime Minister for the entire five years.

After a month, everyone will get a clear vision.
They may not agree with you.

That is an organic growth.

It is like, Jurassic Park.
Huge Dinosaurs, by nature, they were gone.
Artificially, these guys built a Jurassic Park.

This effective Parliamentarians of team Jayalalitha and team Mamata is the right step for Indian democracy. Very soon, Narendra Modi also would agree.

Omar asks people to give reasons for NC’s defeat in LS polls

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday sought to know the reasons from the people of the state for the rejection of NC candidates.

I’d like to hear from you as to the reasons for the enormous setback (the) NC has faced in these elections,” Mr. Omar wrote on microblogging site twitter.com.

Mr. Omar said he has started introspection process following the electoral defeat but wanted to hear from people outside his party on how to make amends.

“I’ve started the process of introspection and am listening to voices within the party but I need to hear from people other than colleagues (too). I want to learn, I need to learn. I’d like to try and make amends. I’ll give it my best shot and I’d rather fail trying than not try at all,” he added.

In earlier tweets, Mr. Omar said he acknowledged the grievances of the people, which they had voiced through the ballot, and he will rise to their expectations.

“We have served YOU for the last five years with dedication. Today we acknowledge YOUR grievances and now we will rise to YOUR expectations,” he said.

Mr. Omar also expressed confidence that his party will bounce back to script a historic comeback.

“We have always survived and sustained. We have bled on our flag and never allowed it to fade. From here, we will script a historic comeback,” he said.

Accepting the verdict of the people of the state in the Lok Sabha polls, Mr. Omar said his party will learn lessons from this defeat and grow stronger.

“We are humbled by your verdict. This is as good a place to start learning and embarking on a new journey. We will learn. We will grow!” he added.

Quoting from Charles Dickens book ‘A Tale of Two Cities’, Mr. Omar said “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.”

“Words that I identify with closely,” he added.
