In 2008, Barack Obama had a team of management experts who took care of Obama's campaign and because of their skills, Barack Obama could win the election.

That team planned each and every things; like slogan; preparation for debate; closely watching the strategy of Republicans; releasing of sensational books on George Bush and other republicans.

If you hire that team for election in India, it will be a total failure.

That is what Narendra Modi is going through now.

It is like, hiring Gulzar to write lyrics for south indian movies. In fact, this strategy is worse than that. Hiring A.R.Rahman for preparing music in any language will work.

But hiring american experts for indian election is like: asking A.R.Rahman to write the lyrics and asking Gulzar to compose music. That is the difference for Modi's failure.

The best strategy for Modi is - going alone.

Looking at the wealth of resources Narendra Modi has, without much difficulty, he could have won this election.

This is what happening now in our medical system also. Without understanding the problem, the doctors just start treating the problem. At the end, it all goes waste.

You could have hired a private agency to do this recruitment of 1200 persons.

That agency may advertise in several local newspapers and had interviews and all other recruitment process.

These candidates should be from different regions of India.

Give these 1200 persons, various training; public speaking; about democracy; about american politics; about british politics; history.

Then, when the election is announced, introduce these candidates to the people.

You don't need to look for last minute alliance partners in various regions.

Without any conflict, people see these candidates as a team member of Narendra Modi.

Just like those 11 players win the match for a country.

You select those players and give them training.

Now, people would like to vote for Narendra Modi; but they need to vote for Vijaykant or Ramadas. It causes confusion. Cho Ramasamy said don't vote for Vijaykant, Ramadas or Vaiko.

Political party is not an advantage for a leader. In fact, party is a burden for a leader.

That is the fact, all regional leaders realized. 

After realizing this fact, they stopped investing on their party.

In fact, they have been investing in developing their leadership qualities.

Now, Narendra Modi feels the burden of BJP as a political party.

None of the leaders of BJP are of any help to Narendra Modi.

Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Sushma - all are burden.

In fact, Jaswant Singh is no longer a burden to Narendra Modi.

Narendra Modi is free of Jaswant Singh.

Now, all regional parties are burden to Narendra Modi.

Narendra Modi cannot develop them.

With the kind of investment on 2014 election, had Narendra Modi adopted this simple strategy, he could have got all 543 seats.

Without understanding this, Narendra Modi hired Obama style management gurus. They build the entire campaign for 814 million people of India.

With 814 million strategy, Narendra Modi is now struggling for 272.
