Disruptive Innovation

People do refer buildings and land as immovable assets.

But that is not true. Building, land, mountains, rivers, oceans, all are moving constantly. The movement is life. The earth is not a stationary object. The earth is not staying in one fixed place; it keeps moving.

The changes happens naturally. People are not prepared for any drastic, abrupt, sudden change. That causes only confusion.

For the last two decades, India has been adopting coalition government. The coalition governments are led by either Congress or the BJP parties. All regional parties join with Congress or BJP.

They keep trying for the third front; but that caused more confusion than any resolution.

In 2014, all politicians are prepared for the same old coalition government. The regional parties have been fighting with each other to get a berth in either Congress or BJP.

BJP could have very well continued with that same strategy.

A sustaining innovation does not create new markets or value networks but rather only evolves existing ones with better value, allowing the firms within to compete against each other's sustaining improvements. Sustaining innovations may be either "discontinuous"(i.e. "transformational" or "revolutionary") or "continuous" (i.e. "evolutionary").

In sustaining innovation, Congress and BJP could have continued to compete against each other. No place for any new comers.

Sustaining Innovation is like the movement of the boat. It is not a Nascar style of changing the direction. Change in the boat ride is soft and gentle.

BJP could have just made a simple announcement that Lal Kishan Advani will be the Prime Minister and could have started the campaign. Just like Ayodha rath yatra, Narendra Modi could have been assisting Advani.

In that case, regional parties would have continued their fight to get a berth in BJP.

In fact, in Tamilnadu, both Jayalalitha and DMK was ready to join hands with BJP.

All regional parties have their hands full of regional challenges and problems. They didn't have time and energy to plan for moving to Delhi. Even in 2014, they talked about third front; but nothing materialized.

The only thing, these regional parties are prepared was - coalition after the election; not before.

After the election, they would like to join in the team of Congress or BJP.

Had BJP adopted this strategy, BJP would have gone alone in Tamilnadu; not challenging DMK or Jayalalitha. BJP would have got two or three seats.

But BJP could have got a big chunk of seats from the winning parties; either from DMK or from Jayalalitha.

BJP could have just given a few minister position and could have formed a coalition, just like Vajpayee or Manmohan Singh.

So, Congress and BJP would have continued as big brothers in Delhi.
All regional parties would have just waited outside for a few minister posts.
No regional leaders were prepared for the post of Prime Minister.

Even in this 2014, with Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister candidate, both DMK and Jayalalitha were prepared to be part of BJP in Tamilnadu.

At least, they don't want the other to join hands with BJP. After election, both would have tried to join in BJP coalition government.

But, Narendra Modi went on with the formation of alliance with other parties in Tamilnadu.

Those parties were pulling BJP down; and BJP had to yield to their demands.

Now, the campaign end with Modi, Lady and Daddy.

In fact, it started with either Modi and Lady or Modi and Daddy.
But, now both Lady and Daddy are challenging Modi.

With the new strategy, BJP may get ten seats.
With traditional strategy, BJP would have got around 30 seats from either Lady or from Daddy.

The same is true in other states too.
In this one month, BJP has earned more enemies from all states.

Polarization did happen.

But it is not between hindu and muslim.
It is between Narendra Modi and the rest.

All regional leaders have to thank Narendra Modi.
It is because of Narendra Modi, these regional leaders are emerging stronger.
They stopped their attention on managing their regular job of managing the state.
All have been injecting their full energy to win MP seats.

Not to get a few minister posts;
but to have a say on the policy at the center.

Towards the end, these regional leaders gained so much strength and now challenging Narendra Modi.

Tamilnadu Lady is now challenging Gujarat Modi.

Jayalalitha didn't say:  பிஜேபி பிரதம மந்திரி வேட்பாளர், மோடியா; இல்லை, தமிழ்நாட்டு லேடியா.

நரேந்திர மோடியை, தனக்கு இணையான தளத்தில் நிறுத்தி,
குஜராத் மோடியா; தமிழ்நாட்டு லேடியா

For a second, people forgot that BJP is a national party;
AIADMK is regional party;
how could a Chief Minister challenge a Prime Minister candidate.

Poor Narendra Modi;
Narendra Modi strongly believes that Amit Shah is the Krishna.
All Amit Shah's words are Bhagavad Gita.

Narendra Modi destroyed the traditional way of central government by Congress or BJP.
Narendra Modi polarization brought almost all regional leaders in one side.

Narendra Modi is the main reason for the emerging Federal Front.

In fact, both Congress and BJP are like bad cholesterol for India.
When you get rid of bad cholesterol, India becomes fit and healthy with Federal Front.


A disruptive innovation is an innovation that helps create a new market and value network, and eventually disrupts an existing market and value network (over a few years or decades), displacing an earlier technology.

The term is used in business and technology literature to describe innovations that improve a product or service in ways that the market does not expect, typically first by designing for a different set of consumers in a new market and later by lowering prices in the existing market.

Gujarat Modi vs Tamilnadu Lady is a very strong statement.

Now, no lady would extend support for Narendra Modi to become the Prime Minister of India.

All his energy would go waste. Narendra Modi would win both MP seats with great margin; but what is the use. There is only one seat in the Parliament. As an MP, Narendra Modi could not fullfil the promises of making Kasi as spiritual capital for the world.

Naturally, Lord Shiva, the destroyer get angry on cheating of Narendra Modi.

Lord Shiva and Ganga Maa - all knows the fact that:
you need to become a MP;
then you need to win the support of 270 MP;
those 270 MPs need to choose the Prime Minister.

Why do you promise, if you are not sure about fulfilling it.

Amit Shah pulled Narendra Modi down.
Narendra Modi pulled BJP down.
As BJP go down, Lal Kishan Advani go down with the titanic ship he built once.
