  1. You need to have Ph.D in Mathematics to look at this highly complex challenge of Indian democracy.

Congress may get close to 100 seats.
BJP may get around 200 seats.
Rest of 200 seats go to Regional Leaders.

There is no way you can balance that 200 regional leaders.

The first thing, you may need to pass an amendment in the parliament:

Only national parties can participate in the Parliament election.

That would have helped Congress and BJP.

BJP has a strong hope on splitting that 200 regional leaders.
    But that is not possible.

For instance, in Tamilnadu, with Vijaykanth support, BJP gets 3 seats.
In post poll adjustments, Vijaykanth cannot allow BJP to seek the support of Jayalalitha or Stalin.

That is the same case in all other states too.

In Andhra, BJP can take the only support of TDP.
Chandrababu will not allow TRS or YRC into BJP government.

So, both Congress and BJP cannot form a government in the center.
It is an opportunity for the regional leaders to form the government in the center.
